4. Calls and Synthesized Voice

Calls placed through the Service use an automated, synthesized (AI-generated) voice. Calls are placed only to your own verified phone number. The Service cannot and does not place calls to any number you have not verified as your own.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on the following providers to operate the Service:

  • Twilio — places the outbound telephone call to your verified number.
  • Vapi — provides the AI voice agent used during the call.
  • Cloudflare — hosting, application infrastructure, and database storage.
  • PostHog — product analytics.

Your phone number is shared with Twilio and Vapi solely to place the call you scheduled. These providers process information under their own privacy and security obligations.

6. Data Storage Location

Account data, including your phone number, is stored using Cloudflare infrastructure.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account information, including your phone number, for as long as your account is active.

When you delete your account, all associated data — including your phone number — is deleted.

8. Data Security

We protect information using:

  • encrypted storage and transport
  • access controls
  • reputable third-party infrastructure providers.

9. Your Rights

You may:

  • access the personal information we hold about you
  • request correction of inaccurate information
  • delete your account and associated data at any time.
